#1,How can I return the RMAs ?

III-V will be responsible for repairing all the RMAs if the products you send is under the warranty.But please be noted that III-V will not be responsible for the transportation charges .

There're many channels for your shipping.As per our experience,you may find the most proper choice for you here below.
DHL,3-4 working days (worldwide)            FedEx,3-5 working days (worldwide)
UPS,3-5 working days (worldwide)            EMS, 5-7 working days (worldwide)
Of course , we can ship your orders to your appointed forwarders as well.

#3,How can I revise or cancel the orders if I change my mind?

Your can revise or cancel your orders within 8 hours in our business day after order's placed.As almost all the orders will be placed immediately once we have it from customers.Contact your linkman immediately once you have a new idea.

We accept Paypal,wire transfer,west union for clear your orders.It's quite easy ,safe and effecient.

#5,How can the orders be placed?

Please contact with your linkman of III-V with your purchase order.III-V product part number,item qty,unit price and total price need to be mentioned in your order sheet.If you are new to III-V,please send email to sales@iii-v.com.cn,sales director will ask one of our sales manager to contact you for more in details.It's necessary to share us your company name,address,telephone number,zip code,fax etc for building customer file in our ERP syetem.

#6,How’s the MQQ of sales?

III-V sets no MOQ with global shipping.

#7,How's the lead time for regular and irregular products?

As for the lead time of regular products,our daily capacity for SFP is 5000pcs .In order to nail the exact lead time,Please come to your linkman to check the Real-Time stock of irregular products before you place the order

#8,How's the payment terms set?

We accept TT in advance only for individual order under US$ 30,000.We can negotiate for a payment terms if big value order(value over US$ 30,000) comes.50% in advance and 50% before shipping is accepted.

#9,How about OEM/ODM service?Any limitation?

OEM services are accepted with order total value over US$ 5,000 or monthly purchase over US$ 10,000.
ODM need to be negotiated in details ,we'll evaluate the project budget and talk in details.

#10,How can we be your distributor in our region or country?Any policy?

Every of our customer is able to be our distributor .But we have to check the purchase amount during last 6 months before your application.
During the past years,III-V has expanded our market with over 40 countries in the world wide .Right,we have our distributors in some of the regions.As distributors,they take our prior support such as faster lead time,payment terms,technician trainning etc.Specially in order to manage & control a market effectively,we prefer to feed our distributors with customers from that certain area.What's more,it's possible to participate in exhibitions together with distributors and share the charge.Distributors take the sources from fairs.This is what we called 'Double Win' policy.
